👩‍🏫 Using solar energy to pay teachers more?

This school in Arkansas installed solar energy and turned a budget deficit into a surplus. The surplus is used to pay teachers in the local school district more money, subsequently making the job more attractive. The point is: as humanity, we already have solutions to go back into a virtuous cycle.
