One thing I like to do to get a better critical path understanding:
think backwards.
Start by understanding really well what your current goal is. ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐น๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐๐๐ฒ๐น๐ณ, ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐ด๐ผ๐ฎ๐น ๐ถ๐. Always think venture first.
Then think backwards from there: what do you have to do to achieve that goal? How do you measure goal achievement? Who do you have to convince and how? Which conflicting interests might come up?
Once you have figured that out, start acting with conviction and determination. And โactingโ is the keyword here. ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐, ๐ถ๐ ๐บ๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ท๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด, ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐โ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ด๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ.
