I just had a call on innovation with someone from BOSCH

โšกย I just had a call on innovation with someone from BOSCH, and then with someone who brings innovation to the German Bundestag.

Obvious parallels:

- both work for huge organisations

- both organisations have a hard time doing step change innovation at once and rather focus on incremental innovation to be safe

- both organisations are slowed down by middle managers who care more about their immediate benefit than the bigger picture

In their own ways both organisations have a positive outlook into the future. One is actually generating output for the economy, the other is making sure that companies have a framework to operate in.

The future will be bright.

Have a great weekend!
