The possibilities we have to organise our business and deliver value to our clients keeps blowing my mind:
thanks to the internet the best people in the world in their respective crafts can go freelance.
We as Reruption benefit: our core team will always be made up of "jacks or jills of all trades, masters of none". That's what we need to be as Co-Preneurs.
As soon as we need experts we hire freelancers for those jobs. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦. To create an environment where they WANT TO WORK with us again and again.
Because we pay the most. Because we give the most creative freedom. Because we give the most trust.
And the results continue to amaze me: rn we have a guy workationing from Bali and building business cases, another person from Israel finetuning a website and someone from Kiev doing all the analytics and conversion pixel integrations.
